I didn’t watch badminton very often, but the rally, player movement and overall animating are really awful... Are the actions normal in badminton games?

in real matches, shuttlecock flies waaay faster and comes from unthinkable angles in such a fast paced way. most of the time, especially in a fast rally, audience's eyes cant follow the movements of the shuttlecock

The fastest shuttlecock speed recorded in badminton is 493km/h. This anime is nothing like competitive or even international competition level. The badminton stroke animations in the tournament are more like very beginner to beginner-intermediate level @_@

Really unhappy most of the stroke animations are recreational level and just basic strokes when there's a lot more variety/ advanced shots/ cool trick shots. Also, a lot of badminton are played at head level or higher not below! With such low level and low quality in the stroke animations... it's better if they didn't even produce this badminton anime in the first place - it just leaves a bad stigma & gives a very bad impression of what competitive badminton is like to ppl who are unfamiliar with the sport.

And honestly, It just really leaves a bad taste in my mouth as an actual badminton player who played competitively.. i'm really tempted to drop this but i love this sport too much. x[ (rant over]

I was expecting everyone to cheer for Youji and Taichi except for Matsuda. I'm still glad Matsuda gave motivation to keep up the pace for Youji to focus and get back on his groove to support Taichi.

Lol the previews were more blatant spoilers of how the games will go at the practice match.

I was not expecting Matsuda to cheer so much and so loudly for Youji and Taichi, I guess hearing about Youji falling under pressure struck a chord with him.

Wow Finally a Good Sports anime where everyone seems like a High School Skill level Players, Otherwise it's all Overpowered Characters...in sports anime especially Kuroko no basket, My Favorite sports anime is Hajime No Ippo, It seems like an International Boxing Skill level. One of the best Sports Anime out there
